The Community AIDS Partnership of the Capital Region (CAP-CR)

through proceeds from AIDSWalk 2002

CAP-CR represents a collaboration of local funders, persons living with HIV/AIDS, community and business leaders, clergy and AIDS service providers.  Funds raised are matched by the National AIDS Fund and distributed locally.  CAP-CR organizes an annual AIDSWalk held in September with participation by AIDS service organizations, faith communities, schools, fraternal organizations and businesses.
